Hey All, The Playlist is pretty well established now and is streaming consistently. Moving forward I plan to start live broadcasting on Friday nights after Chuck airs. This will start when it primers in October. During the broadcast I will endeavor to use the Music used in that nights episode of Chuck and mix it with songs from prior episodes of Chuck. That is the plan now to make it happen!

I contacted Sony and let them know I was going to make my own theme music. I will at some point need to request permission from them for songs I plan to review. No word today from Sony. Giving them some time to figure out my situation. I did resubmit my request for licensing information with Atalantic Records as well. Well I contacted Sony Music today and actually got contact information for a person! I also created a letter to send to label reps like the person at Sony. 1. 30 show spot- The 30 second spot uses copyright music from Cake and a band called Black Happy. To use these items with out concern for copy right infringement I beleive I will have to license the music to cover my butt.
